Meet Paul
Winston Green Advisory is led by Paul Majernik, Founder and Principal, with more than 25 years' experience across energy, infrastructure and industrial organisations.
Paul has led major capital projects, operational excellence programs and enterprise risk transformations for organisations including Karoon Energy, Snowy Hydro, Santos and Woodside. His work spans Australia, Africa, UK, Asia, the US, Brazil and PNG — in some of the world's most complex, high-hazard environments.
He has shaped and implemented frameworks aligned with ISO and industry best-practice, enabling confident decision-making and assurance at executive and board levels. His particular strength is integrating technical depth with governance clarity; uplifting control maturity, improving project performance, and strengthening safety leadership in environments where the stakes are high.
Paul established Winston Green Advisory to provide the kind of support that's genuinely hard to find: senior-level experience, direct engagement, and independent advice that holds up under scrutiny.
